Thanks to everyone for the incredible feedback about our upcoming race! We’re very excited to hold this event! We’ve had some great questions and hopefully this post will answer those questions.

All racing will be 1/8 mile. The track will only be prepped for 1/8 mile racing. Any racers that ‘run itout’ to the 800′ or beyond will have their tech cards pulled and be done for the day with no refund. We expect all racers to be off the throttle just after the 1/8 mile. We appreciate your cooperation concerning this.
We are prepping the track the same way we prep for a bracket race.
Spectator fee will be $15(kids 12 and under are free), payable at the front gate.
We are basically splitting the day in half. The first half is a Test N Tune(AM TNT), that will run from 10am-2pm. This TNT is open to EVERYONE, including Shootout and Gamblers competitors. Even if you don’t plan on racing in our afternoon money races, you can come out for the AM TNT. The cost of the AM TNT is $30, payable at the front gate. This $30 is completely separate from any afternoon racing.
If you are racing in the Shootout and/or Gamblers race, you will pay $20 for your tech card at the front gate. You will receive a wristband that you will show at the tech trailer to receive your actual tech card. It is at the tech trailer that you will pay your ‘buy in’ to the class(es) that you are running. ALL BUY INS MUST BE PAYED WITH CASH. ALL PAYOUTS WILL BE IN CASH. So, for example, a Small Tire racer that is not participating in the AM TNT will pay $20 at the front gate, and $100 at the tech trailer. If that same racer wanted to run in the AM TNT, they would pay $50($30 for AM TNT and $20 for the Shootout) at the front gate and $100 at the tech trailer.
Anyone entering multiple money classes will only pay one $20 tech card fee at the front gate.
The track will close down at 2pm and the chip draws for the Shootout and Gamblers classes will be held in the staging lanes. If you are racing in the Shootout and/or Gamblers races, you need to be ready to draw your chip at 2pm. After the chip draws, all cars will be called to staging for the one and only test hit of the afternoon. Please be ready to run your vehicles by 230.
There will also be a PM TNT, that will start around 3pm and run until we are done. The cost for this is $25. If you opt to run in BOTH AM and PM TNTs, the fee is a total of $50 (you save $5 off the PM TNT fee). All vehicles that are eliminated from competition may join the PM TNT at no additional fee.
The only time the scoreboards will be on is for our Gamblers eliminations and possibly Gamblers TNT. All N/T timeslips will be cut in half and with the MOV removed. The only timeslips that will be intact are Gamblers slips. All timeslips throughout the day will be given to the DRIVER OF THE RACECAR ONLY. Do not approach the timeslip attendant if you are part of the ‘race crew’. We will only give slips to the driver of the car as they pass the tower.

BIG TIRE: $1000 guaranteed to win plus 80% of all buy ins. Runner-Up: 20% of all buy ins.
SMALL TIRE: $1000 guaranteed to win plus 80% of all buy ins. Runner-Up: 20% of all buy ins.
STREET TIRE: $300 guaranteed to win plus 80% of all buy ins. Runner-Up: 20% of all buy ins.
GAMBLERS NO BOX: Winner: 80% of all buy ins. Runner-Up: 20% of all buy ins.
GAMBLERS BOX: Winner: 80% of all buy ins. Runner-Up: 20% of all buy ins.
