Weekend Recap: Drifting 101/102
This past weekend was fantastic with a fresh batch of newbies learning to drift and working on their vehicle control in the Drift 101 and 102 courses. We saw some fantastic improvement with a few spills here and there, but overall it was a great session. You guys are quick learners!
Our next Drift 101/102 event is in late September: https://interstateraceway.com/event/2020-learn-to-drift-101-102-3/
Upcoming Weekend: Drifting the Plains #2
This weekend we’re hosting the second(ish) Drifting the Plains event of the year. Originally this was DTP #3, but due to a certain pandemic the numbers slid around on the calendar. It’ll be a big weekend for burning tires with style runs and tandem competition.
Check out the full event details on the Schedule page: https://interstateraceway.com/event/2020-drifting-the-plains-2/
Drivers: We still have some open slots available for registration. Get out of your garage and onto the track to have some fun. It’s $125/day or $200 for the weekend.
Spectators: It’s $15/day, paid at the gate when you arrive.
2020 Drag Racing
The next drag racing event is July 25-26. This event hasn’t moved since we posted the original schedule in January, so your calendar should already be good to go. Our event format will be changing significantly, so look for a follow-up post with those details this evening.
