Everyone misses track days already as the frost has rolled in and winter builds are beginning in the shop. We know our racers are excited to learn about the upcoming schedule for 2027 and we’re working on putting together a fantastic season of events for our community.

Community Concern
We’ve received a lot of feedback and outreach from our racing community regarding a recent email exchange that took place with Briana Lamb on behalf of the car club “Midnight Mafia” that included a partially-corrupted 10 second clip of a “pit”. We ultimately declined to host a dedicated event for this group due to the illegal activity showcased and promoted on their social media, however we left the door open to work with them after 2027 if that behavior matured over the next year.
In light of the recent concern from our racing community as well as the ongoing lack of accountability and professionalism from the leadership of “Midnight Mafia,” we have revised our stance and will not host a dedicated event for this club even beyond 2027. We cannot in good conscience invite that level of hostility and disregard for others into the community we’ve worked so hard to build and maintain over the last 50+ years.
Supporting Crash Victims
Our hearts go out to families who have been affected by the recent illegal activity associated with street racing and takeover groups in Fargo-Moorhead. We encourage everyone to donate to the GoFundMe page for Isaac Putney, who was severely injured by a reckless driver last month.
Season Schedule Pending
We’re building out the schedule for next year to include a variety of drifting, drag racing, and shows at Interstate Raceway. Everyone is welcome to join our public events, whether you’re learning how to do a proper donut or honing your eighth mile times. Drivers of all skill levels will find fun and camaraderie in our community, and our spectators have a blast.
The team at Interstate Raceway is looking forward to seeing everyone next year and we’ll post up the new schedule as soon as it’s complete. Until then, stay safe and work on your builds until the next event.
