After digging out of the snow, Rolie Racing is back to lead the 2026 drag racing season at Interstate Raceway. They’re working to get ready for their second season with even bigger events than last year, and they need sponsorship help to make it a success.
Rolie Racing Weekends
Every weekend will include a series of bracket classes. Our three heads-up classes will run on on June 6 and Aug 8. Class details are largely the same as previous years and should look familiar if you’ve raced here before. All races are eighth-mile. Check out the daily schedule on the event pages. Pre-season powered parking reservation info will be posted soon, so hang tight!
- May 2-3 includes the JDRL Challenge and Junior Street Challenge Wally giveaways
- June 6-7 is our Wally Weekend for both heads-up and bracket classes
- July 4-5
- August 8-9 includes a special heads-up event (details coming soon!)
- September 5-6 concludes the season with our King of the Track event

Grassroots drag racing operates on extremely tight margins. Across the country, tracks are facing rising costs related to insurance, safety requirements, staffing, and ongoing facility maintenance. This is not unique to one track — it is a challenge affecting the sport as a whole.
At this time, we are financially strained while doing everything possible to maintain a safe, professional, and competitive racing environment. Entry fees and ticket sales alone do not cover the full cost of operating a drag strip at the level racers and fans expect.
Sponsorships and community support are essential to keeping local drag racing alive. Contributions go directly toward safety improvements, event quality, staffing, and the long-term future of the program.
