In lieu of the typical banquet, we will be hosting a potluck dinner on Saturday, September 22, after racing has concluded. We invite all racers to bring a dish(or dishes) and join us to celebrate the 2018 season with friends. End-of-year points awards will be handed out the following day, after racing concludes.
Wondering what the track will be supplying for the pot luck on Saturday night. Plates, flat wear, and napkins? Any food? Just need to know so we can plan appropriately. Thank you.
Hi Angela! The track concessions will be supplying plastic cutlery and napkins, and we’ll have beverages/food available for purchase like usual. Anything homemade will come from racers and any staff who cook up a dish to contribute.
